Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to discontinue any product at any time, to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. All prices on our site are listed and charged in Euros. All prices includes 21% Belgian VAT for shipment within the EU.

We do our best to keep the available stock accurate. It may however happen that you purchased an item out of stock. In that case, we will contact you to offer an exchange or the total refund of your order. We are under no obligation to compensate you.

​PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Paypal, credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, iDEAL, Bancontact, Belfius and KBC/CBC. 

Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

From now on, you can also pay in two installments thanks to the ALMA application in Belgium and France. The Alma payment system accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express and KBC/CBC.
Your transaction is carried out on Alma's payment interface, where additional information to that already provided may be requested in order to reduce the risks of fraud and non-payment.

 

SECURITY

​Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

CANCELLATION  PERIOD

You can email us at info@faconjacmin.com to cancel any order made at any time until you have received the shipment confirmation. From this time, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to send back the unwanted items for an exchange or a refund.
